PR Coaching Package

Our coaching packages start at 5 hours minimum and provide expert guidance in PR strategy, DIY marketing, social media, website optimization, and more. Whether you’re launching a book or growing your brand, we’ll create a custom roadmap for success.

PR Tool Kit Package

A strong PR campaign starts with the right tools. Our PR Toolkit service helps authors and entrepreneurs refine key materials for a polished, professional image. We provide:

  • 150-word Bio – Showcase your expertise.
  • 200-word Book Back Cover Blurb/Business Summary – Capture your story or mission.
  • Cover/Website Critique – Feedback on book cover (front, back, spine) or website.
  • Headshot Selection & Social Media Review – Guidance on choosing a professional headshot and a written critique of your social media presence.

Event PR Package (3 months)

Comprehensive PR support for your event—book launch, reading, business opening, and more. We’ll:

  • Review PR materials
  • Help select a venue
  • Write & distribute a press release
  • Pitch media & secure 2+ media placements
  • Provide interview talking points
  • Offer event-day support
  • ($50 % deposit required)

Publicity Packages (two options –

3 months/4 months)

Our Publicity Packages helps launch or boost visibility for your book/product/business with:

  • Kickoff Meeting – Discuss goals and strategy
  • Complete Author Questionnaire
  • Read Book / Develop PR Strategy & Timeline
  • PR Tool Kit Review – Bio, synopsis/summary, headshot, website (with rewrites as needed)
  • Press Release – 1 written and distributed
  • Book An Event – 1 or 2 arranged
  • Media Coverage – Secure 2 or 3 placements (TV, radio, print, or online)
  • Media Training – 60-minute session & talking points
  • 3 or 5 Hours Administration – Calls, texts, emails
  • Final PR Report – Summary & recommendations
